Speight’s Brewery is the oldest operational Brewery in New Zealand, and the only site to have an historic Brew Floor and state of the art Brewery housed within the same location. The Speight’s Brewery is also the spiritual home of New Zealand’s biggest beer brand, as one if Dunedin’s most popular tourist activities we are looking forward to welcoming you to the “Pride of the South”.
During the award-winning tour you will learn about the history of the Brewery; touch, smell and taste your way through our Heritage building before finishing up in the Tasting Room for a Tasting – we will even include how to pour the perfect beer.
Our Brewery Shop range an extensive collection of Speight’s merchandise and the Cellar Door offers the ability to purchase fresh beer directly from the Brewery – a unique opportunity to take away a flavoursome souvenir.
